Accurate technical drawings and specifications are crucial for us to precisely manufacture products according to your preferences, including material, dimensions, weight, and more. Once the technical requirements are finalized, we will carefully choose a qualified manufacturer from our network and provide you with a quotation. Typically, this process takes 1-2 weeks to complete.

Once the quotation is accepted, we will conduct a thorough audit of the factory. With 20 years of experience focused exclusively on metal components, we have built a network of over 200 qualified suppliers. The majority of our manufacturers are required to hold international quality certifications, such as ISO9000, ISO/TS16949, QS9000, VDA6.1, ISO14000, and others. We have extensive knowledge of their capabilities and expertise, ensuring an efficient audit process. If a new factory outside our network is needed, our engineers will conduct in-person inspections and work closely with the factory throughout the production process to guarantee product quality.

Typically, we request the factory to produce one sample for quality inspection, with a sampling lead time ranging from 2 to 4 weeks. If molding is necessary, the process may extend to 1 to 2 months. 

Upon receiving samples from the factory, we conduct rigorous quality tests in our warehouse prior to delivery. Our testing arsenal is equipped with advanced tools such as Coordinate Measuring Machines, Ultrasonic Flaw Detectors, Tensile Testing Machines, Hardness Testing Equipment, and more, ensuring the highest standards of quality for your products.

After our inspection of the quality, we will send the sample to you for your approval. 

Once confirmed, we will organize the batch production according to your needs on quantity, lead time, etc. 

In terms of shipping, we choose between ocean or air freight according to your specific needs, such as quantity, weight, and urgency. Typically, sea shipping from China to Europe takes 1-2 months, while air freight takes about 1-2 weeks. Your goods will be delivered to the designated destination.
